Terms and Conditions

In this agreement there are some words and terms used repeatedly. To make the agreement easier to understand,the terms and words used have the following meanings. We have great pleasure in welcoming you to the exclusive Privilage Membership of lakshmi customer care family program from this moment at our lakshmi hotel gives you more benefits than ever before.


Use of a membership card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein


Potential Member should be: Above 21 Years of Age.

Membership Card

All Membership Benefits are valid only during the Membership Term. All benefits are subject to availability, excluding Black-Out Dates,such as (Festival days,Food Festival days,Special Events & etc) and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or Promotional Offer Or Any Day As Decided By The Hotel Management. Under No Circumstances Whatsoever,Shall The Card Be Revalidated,Replaced Or Reissued,Including Damage Or loss. All Applicable Taxes And Extras Are To Be Settled Directly By The Guest/Bearer.

Privilege Card Benefits

The Membership card is not Transferable. Benefits may be used only by the Member and upon presentation of their valid Membership Card. Proof of identification may be required by Hotel. Only one card can be presented per table (or) room

Black-Out Dates:

All benefits shall not be valid on the following dates:
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day.
(Festival days,Food Festival days,Special Events & etc.) Modifications (Food & Beverage Benefit Changes):
Membership Program may cease to honor benefits without prior notice. Benefits may also be subject to change without prior notice. Wherever possible,Members will be kept updated on all such modifications. Members can also verify restaurant participation & benefits by calling the following mobile numbers-7373086166 &7373086167. Lakshmi hotel declines any responsibility for modifications.

Rights of Admission:-Reserved

The Management Reserves For Itself The Absolute Rights Of Admission To Any Person In To The Hotel Premises And To Request Any Guest To Vacate There Place At Any Moment Without Previous Notice And Without Assigning Any Reason Whatsoever And The Guest Shall Be Bound To Vacate When Requested To Do So.

Dress Code:

Dress Code Policy Is Applicable As Per Hotel Policy


Timings Have Been Scheduled As Per The Hotel Premises.Their Will Be No Extra Hourswill Be Provided

Loss (or) Damage:

Guest Will Be Held Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage To Hotel Property Caused By Them,Their Friends Or Any Person For Whom They Are Responsible

Lost/Stolen Membership Materials:

All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced.Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported Directly to Us. A processing fee of ₹100 (Inr) will be charged for each replacement membership card, which will be issued with in a week.

Goverment Norms:

Guests Are Requested To Observe The Goverment Rules & Regulations In Force From Time To Time In Respect Of Registration,Alcoholic Drinks,Firearms,Foreign Currency Payments Etc.


Cancellation of Membership will be honored up to 7 Days. But No Refund Will Be Issued.


You also agree that we will not be liable for any personal property that is damaged, lost or stolen while on our premises unless caused by an act of gross negligence by the Company. This includes any motor vehicle and anything in any motor vehicle.
You will be responsible for the cost of repair and/or replacement of any damage contributed to or caused to our property by you or your guest.


  • Reservations/Bookings Are Subject To Availability You are responsible for using our facilities, equipment and services correctly. If you are in doubt please see a staff member prior to using the facilities, equipment or services.

  • We reserve the right to remove, delete or replace equipment and/or services at our Hotel Premises.

  • We also reserve the right to vary equipment, services, Outlets and hours of operation at our Hotel Premises.

  • It is acknowledged that equipment and services are available on a “first come, first served” basis and must be pre-booked (on conditional)

  • in order to secure a position to Avail Our Services. We may on occasion close our Outlets for refurbishment

Rules And Regulations

  • You acknowledge that we have in place membership policies, rules and regulations for the use of equipment, use of the premises and services and in relation to membership that may vary from Hotel Premises.

  • We reserve the right to vary such policies, rules and regulations from time to time.

  • Violation of membership policy, rules and regulations may result in termination of membership at our sole discretion.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone, including members.

  • We reserve the right to cancel membership for breach of the agreement, misconduct, damage to equipment, inappropriate behaviour or drug use, including where circumstances so warrant, without notice or warning.

Membership Agreement

  • This membership is a legally binding contract between you and us. By entering into this agreement you purchase a membership of services and you agree to all the terms and conditions

  • You acknowledge that either the Company, nor any on behalf of the Company, has made any representations or promises upon which you are relying in entering into this agreement unless set out in this agreement You agree that this document sets out the complete agreement between you and us.

  • If any part of this agreement is invalid is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue.

  • If the Company does not exercise any rights it has under this agreement it is not giving away those rights. Those rights may still be exercised later.

  • Lakshmi hotel Reserves the right to change conditions of Membership, hours of operation, services offered and all fees and charges, at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to the Member.

  • Any such changes will be notified to you through either a newsletter published from time to time, the website, notices in the Hotel and/or mailing / emailing /sms /whattsapp to your last known address /contact number.

  • You acknowledge that no one has made any representations (whether verbal or written) to induce you to enter this Agreement and that no verbal agreements or understandings have been made with Lakshmi Hotel unless as set out in this Agreement.
  • You acknowledge that any free services cannot be applied towards your membership card.

  • You agree to receive marketing correspondence via electronic transmission on regular basis which may include (but not limited to) newsletters and promotional material.

House Rules

  • The Management Reserves The Rights To Revoke The Membership Without Assigning Any Reason Whatsover.

  • Lakshmi Hotel Reserves Right To Amend And /or Cancel Discounts Without Prior Notice If Required.

  • Members Shall Abide By The Standard House Rulesand Regulations Of The Hotel To Enjoy All The Benefits During Their Stay/Visits

  • Lakshmi Hotel Will Not Be Liable In Contact Or In Tort To Any Claims Arising Out Of Or Relating To The Failure Of Deficency In Providing The Card Members With Facility Set Out Herein,Or Any Injury Or Loss Suffered By The Card Member Or Their Guest While In The Hotel Premises,Caused By Or Due To The Circumstances Beyond The Control Of Hotel Management

  • We reserve the right to cancel membership for breach of the agreement, misconduct, damage to equipment, inappropriate behaviour or drug use, including where circumstances so warrant, without notice or warning.

In Case Of Any Dispute Raised By The Member, The Decision Of Managing Director,
Lakshmi Hotel Will Be Final And Binding
